{"id":393,"date":"2019-11-18T14:01:00","date_gmt":"2019-11-18T11:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.marmarafuar.com.tr\/?p=393"},"modified":"2019-11-18T14:01:04","modified_gmt":"2019-11-18T11:01:04","slug":"development-in-the-sector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.marmarafuar.com.tr\/en\/development-in-the-sector\/","title":{"rendered":"Development in the Sector"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>When we think\nabout the definitions of \u201cTurkey before Occupational Safety and Health Act\u201d and\nTurkey after Occupational Safety and Health Act\u201d it will not be wrong to say\nTurkey is in a progress. However I want to share my observation about which\nside the sector is developing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not\nthink that I am embellishing, \u0131n my point of view Turkey had a serious change\nwith \u201cOccupational Health and Safety\u201d act. Some development can change\nsocieties before it understand by all parts of society. If you apply this developments\nto microscale area you can see the difference, but it is hard to see when you\napply it to 75 million people. Of course there is also the work done on the\nbasis of how much has it been announced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cOccupational\nHealth and Safety Act\u201d induce an important change in Turkey. it has a\nsignificant change in the lives of almost all part of community understatedly\nin a quiet way. More than 90% of the population is not aware this yet. Except\nsector firms and professions, academics, relevant institutions and large and\nmedium-sized private enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I write\narticles for two issue in our publications which we publish for a long time. I\nshare my positive comments and observations about &#8216;new law&#8217; both in my first\narticle and my second article. We come together with many parts of sector\nbecause we are in the industry. All article of the act is commented and\ndiscusses by different sections. However my comment is not about the content of\nthe act. The main issue that interests me is new environment , developments and\nits reflections that occurred with the act. We have the chance to measure it\nbecause of our job.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There was\nan issue I mentioned in my previous article. Examine the exhibitions that\norganized, you always see the strong sectors.&nbsp;\nYou need a strong sector to fill an exhibition. Occupational Health and\nSafety sector is unable to form a kind of strong fair for decades despite the\nso-called because the sector was not strong enough. However, this has changed\nwith the act.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Of course\nit would not be right to ignore the success of my teammates, that perform a\nvery nice exhibition organization, understand the sector and create right\nsolutions. The success that do not achieved in so many exhibition, achieved in\nthis exhibition.)&nbsp; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the process\nof the sector in the last 4 years have changed a lot. If we try to identify\nthem with the main lines;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The\nsector changed considers with move up the social ladder <\/li><li>The\nfinancial volume of the sector is growth<\/li><li>A\nnew area of expertise opened for many people<\/li><li>Increased\nthe number of firms in the sector<\/li><li>International\ncompanies have begun to pay more attention to Turkey<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes all of\nthat was happened, even more was happened. But there is one subject that was\nsupposed\/need\/will need to be the beginning of his list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Increase in in Manufacturer Firms<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is a\nvery important issue. In fact, it is very important for the economy of our\ncountry. There is no reason not to become an arbiter in occupational safety and\nhealth products for our country which is a leading manufacturer in so many\nsector. Actually we have very important producers in our country. With the\nchange that started in 2011 our manufacturers also develop their markets.\nHowever as market growth rate corresponding to that production and \/ or our\nmanufacturer is not the variety of products they do not fill the entire gap in\nthe market. There is no such an issue in any sector. All kinds of products from\nall over the world should be found in every market to materialize global\nmarket. But no matter what production must be in our country. The development\nof production as the most important factor driving the increase in direct\nemployment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Do not\ninfer that I am against to international companies from what I said. I believe\nthat all kinds of companies have location in all areas. There are no way to\nfill the place of some companies\u2019 products. But the supply industry and complementaries\nshould be produced in our country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition\nwe need to block of entry of poor quality products brought from abroad because\nof the gap that formed during the growth of the sector. The increase in\nproduction will also the most accurate method to prevent this. All quality of\nthe products should be produced in our country and this products should be\nexported all over the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a result,\nan area put on the right path with an act. Now firms in the sector should be\nsupported in the right direction&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There is a\nlot of companies entered, entering in the sector in service area.
